Employer and member participation
The employer applies to participate in the Fund by completing an application form. Each employee must also complete a new entrant form to enable the Fund to create a member record. These forms are available under the Administration tab.
The employer has various decisions to make before completing the application form. The decision tree included below aims to assist in making these decisions and makes it easy to complete the application form.
